Complaining, stress, and the endless drive to “fix” everything deplete our life force energy. In this first episode, Master Frankie Hart introduces the concept of the Qi Channel, a vibrational frequency we tune into with every thought.

Drawing on vivid metaphors, qigong teachings, and insights from Louise Hay, Frankie shows how relaxation, not effort, is the key to allowing Qi to flow. Discover why meditation cannot be forced, how negative thoughts gain momentum, and why everything you want is downstream when you simply relax.

  • Part Two - The Eight Limbs of Yoga
    Aug 1 2024

This is Part Two of a two-part series where Frankie introduces the Eight Limbs of Yoga, revealing the depth and richness of this ancient practice. Many people, including yoga students, may not realize that asanas, or poses, are just one part of this comprehensive system.

Frankie explores the Eight Limbs using two vivid images: the limbs of a tree and the petals of a flower, illustrating how each aspect is interconnected rather than linear. She explains how these limbs can be seen as a circle of practices that nourish and support each other.

The discussion begins with the first three limbs, or outer practices: Yamas, which are universal ethical practices like non-violence and truthfulness; Niyamas, which are personal observances such as purity and self-discipline; and Asanas, the physical poses that promote health and balance.

Moving inward, Frankie covers the fourth and fifth limbs: Pranayama, or breath control, and Pratyahara, the withdrawal of the senses, which guide the mind and manage desires.
