Barbra May is the founder of I Can Hear You, a series of workshops teaching meditation and mindfulness to children. She is the vibrant host of The Barbara May Show podcast and a gifted meditation teacher, psychic, and energy healer.

Her overriding passion is to help people realize and seize their own autonomy and personal voice. A core belief Barbra lives by is this: When we use our voices to speak our truths, we are exercising that divinely given freedom and living the life we choose. Our life becomes powerful and that is true freedom.

Sis Got Tea is Louisville, Kentucky’s Black-owned, LGBTQ-owned, woman-owned tea business. They have all kinds of tea for every kind of person – from teas that taste just like desserts, to blends that are downright earthy, herbal, and floral. Today we are talking all things spirituality, touch, sexuality, consent and more with Kimberly James. Kimberly James holds certificates in multiple healing modalities. She spends most of her time working as a Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) facilitator, yoga/meditation instructor, travel coach, and an English professor. She is currently studying to become an Erotic Concious Touch and Cuddle practitioner in hopes of helping people become more comfortable with touch, pleasure, and their bodies. Her studies of various healing modalities allow her to bring a holistic approach to healing. She is a strong believer in the importance of self-care, especially for black people and people of color.
