  • Film Your Real Workday, Not Polished Content | Taylor Dunn
    Sep 11 2026

New episode of Run the Plays is up. 🎧

Taylor Dunn left a salon management job in Seattle and got her real estate license the same week she moved to Scottsdale. She found her team on a Google search, interviewed the next day, and had the job right after.

A year in, we get into the mentorship that built her foundation, how her psychology degree turned into a read on client body language, and the social media pivot that changed everything: filming what she is already doing instead of overproducing it.

She also opens up for the first time about going through a divorce this year and what it took to keep showing up for her kids and her business.

  • Three Lead Pillars: Online, Open Houses, Past Clients | Andrew Ricks
    Sep 4 2026

Greg sits down with Andrew Ricks, a realtor who spent six years running a physical therapy practice out of Scottsdale country clubs before a two-day real estate conference changed his mind. Three weeks after deciding to get licensed, he was in, and less than six months later he sold the PT practice for good. His first deal was a pre-foreclosure sale that came together with days to spare, and his second closed from a hospital room the week his daughter was born.

Andrew breaks down the three pillars his business runs on now: online leads, open houses, and the client events and referrals that keep past clients coming back. They get into what real follow-up looks like long after the first handshake. In this bit, Greg calls him the Michael Jordan of his own business for letting a team of showing agents run the early plays so he can show up fresh for the ones that actually need him, and how that system protects his nights with his kids. Andrew also talks about the housewarming parties and family photo shoots he throws for past clients, the charity he now donates to on every closing, and why he has stopped waiting for some easier season and started building the business and the family he wants right now.

If you sell real estate, originate loans, or run any relationship-based business, there is a playbook in here for you.
