    En el cierre de la primera temporada de Rooted to Earth hablamos con Jerónimo Romero, co-director de Regeneration Academy, en la finca La Junquera (Murcia, España). Este lugar combina producción agrícola, formación, investigación y regeneración comunitaria.

    Jerónimo comparte cómo La Junquera se ha convertido en un espacio vivo para experimentar, aprender y crear proyectos a largo plazo. Desde el manejo del agua en un entorno semiárido hasta la diversidad de cultivos y el impulso de un plan de restauración de 30.000 hectáreas en el Valle del Quípar, el proyecto demuestra que regenerar es posible cuando la comunidad forma parte del proceso.

    Wrapping up the first season of Rooted to Earth, we speak with Jerónimo Romero, co-director of Regeneration Academy, based at La Junquera farm (Murcia, Spain). This unique place combines agricultural production, education, research, and community regeneration.

    Jerónimo shares how La Junquera has become a living space for experimenting, learning, and creating long-term projects. From water management in a semi-arid environment to crop diversification and the launch of a 30,000-hectare restoration plan in the Quípar Valley, the project shows that regeneration is possible when the community is part of the process.
