Despite facing end-stage kidney failure, with just 7% kidney function, Arwin refuses to slow down. He created his own Spartan team — The LocoLobos — and continues to lead by example, not sympathy.

Years ago, Arwin was diagnosed with a severe and chronic kidney condition that progressed to end-stage renal failure. For many, this would mean slowing down — mentally and physically. But Arwin chose the opposite: he doubled down on discipline, tribe, and mindset.
