- do what is the best for the team
- do what is the best for the individual
- do what is the best for the company
- be supportive with your team
- give time to the team and to the individual to adapt to a new work setup (if transferring from a fully remote setup to a hybrid one)
- make sure that different life situations (new baby, sick elderly in family or a new dog) is taken into consideration
