Dr. Mira Thoumy is an Associate Professor of Management at the Lebanese American University. She earned a Ph.D. in Operations Management from HEC Montreal, a M.Eng in Project Management and B.Eng in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal.She has more than 10 years of academic experience where she taught courses in strategy, operations, and project management in top local and international universities. She has also more than 15 years of consulting experience in various sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, public administration and NGOs. Mira volunteers as VP-Governance at the PMI Lebanon Chapter. She is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-PMOCP (Project Management Office Certified Professional) and CSSMBB (Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt).

Suzanne Hill CQP FCQI, CEng FIMechE is a highly motivated and successful Executive Quality Professional, with global recognition for excellence in problem solving, quality strategy and business improvement.With experience of senior leadership roles within Aerospace and Automotive, Suzanne founded Assured Quality Improvements Limited in 2012 and has since provided manufacturing & logistics quality improvement services in a range of sectors.Suzanne’s main activity now, is training Aerospace standards AS9117 and AS13100, together with Problem Solving and Risk analysis. Sherif Nasser is an experienced quality professional with over 24 years in the construction industry. He has worked in senior roles such as Business Risk Director and Quality Consultant for international companies. Since 2015, he has been a global public speaker and has trained thousands of professionals in quality management.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute, a Certified EFQM Assessor, and a recognised expert by American Society of Quality.

He also holds ASQ certifications as Certified Manager of Quality - Organisational Excellence and Certified Construction Quality Manager

Abigail Cooper is a Chartered Quality professional leading Quality Performance and Compliance across EMEA at Otis Elevators. A passionate and dynamic self-starter with a strong people-focus, she is a keen promoter of Right First Time and Zero Defects culture. Abigail is Customer obsessed, both internal and external, and supports organisations to deliver value to the external customer whilst ensuring internal operations are smooth, effective and value added.With a passion for supporting young people to look into a variety of career paths to suit their individual learning styles, Abigail has been involved in STEM for many years. A career in quality began as a Technical Apprentice with Leonardo UK right after completing GCSE’s, Lilly spent over the 6.5 years Leonardo. Her career went from strength to strength as she progressed to a Project Assurance Engineer and then a Supplier Quality Engineer. She recently joined Red Bull Advanced Technologies as a Supplier Quality Engineer and won the International Quality Award for Emerging Talent in 2024, following on from being a finalist in 2023. Aside from her day-to-day role, she is a passionate advocate for the profession - encouraging and inspiring the next generation to actively choose a career in quality.

Charlotte Bradley CQP MCQI started her career as a Document Controller in a Civil Engineering company. This was the first time she had heard of Quality and ISO.

Charlotte then moved on to a new workplace, BT, where she learnt about other ISO Standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000*. Charlotte now manages the ISO Internal Audit team, the relationship with the External Auditing Body and ISO 9001* Quality team and a team who performs Quality Audits against major contracts, at BT. Charlotte is still passionate about ISO 9001 and the benefits it brings to a company.
