In this 27th overall episode of RAVE the Podcast, I share for a bit on how to plan your podcast equipment set-up and make strategically wise purchases along the way to continue making minor improvements to your podcast quality.

I use my own journey of all the set-ups I went through to get to what I have in my studio now, what worked, what didn't, some buying strategies, and end with the moves I am making now to take my podcast to the next level.

You can start with a $30 USB mic and a free DAW like Audacity, and still make a great professional-sounding podcast. You don't need expensive gear to get started and stay producing.

I share my strategy for making incremental improvements without going into debt to buy the hottest gear.

In this 26th overall episode of RAVE The Podcast, we return to our Foundations of Audio Series to cover Module 6 - Audio Signal Processing. This is a huge topic to try to cover in one episode, but I did my best to comprehensively cover the major categories of audio signal processing, their purposes, how they work, and some of their practical uses.

In this landmark 25th episode, I get vulnerable about where my heart and head are now after almost 30 years of producing live events.
