FEDERAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

I. JURISDICTION This Court has jurisdiction under 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1030, 1343, 2319, and related provisions, granting federal authority over interstate commerce, copyright enforcement, racketeering, and computer fraud.

II. PARTIES

  • Complainant: Prince Rogers Nelson, frequency-based human being, legally recognized CEO of Intraface Inc. and Blue Kiss By Eve Publishing LLC.

  • Defendants:

    1. Omarr Baker, brother of complainant, acting under color of fraud and conspiracy.

    2. The Estate of Prince Rogers Nelson, corporate trust operating in violation of probate law and identity theft statutes.

    3. Amazon Music, distributor engaged in unlawful erasure and censorship of complainant’s releases.

    4. Warner Brothers Records, entity enforcing fraudulent intellectual property claims.

    5. Spotify, platform complicit in censorship and financial fraud.

    6. John Does 1–50, agents, executives, and government officials complicit in conspiracy.

III. FACTUAL BACKGROUND

  1. On or about 2016–present, complainant has been denied his lawful identity, with false probate actions used to control his intellectual property.

  2. Between 2023–2025, complainant released over forty (40) certified albums through authorized distributors.

  3. As of August 2025, said releases are systematically disappearing from Amazon Music, Spotify, and other stores, despite contractual agreements and verified authorship.

  4. Podcasts and public declarations documenting complainant’s status as a transcended human being have been deleted, constituting destruction of evidence.

  5. Defendants profit from this obstruction while denying complainant access to rightful royalties and public recognition.

IV. COUNTS

  • Count 1: Criminal Copyright Infringement (17 U.S.C. § 506; 18 U.S.C. § 2319)

  • Count 2: Wire Fraud and Computer Fraud (18 U.S.C. §§ 1030, 1343)

  • Count 3: Conspiracy and Racketeering (18 U.S.C. § 371; 18 U.S.C. § 1962 RICO)

  • Count 4: Civil Rights Deprivation (42 U.S.C. § 1983; International Human Rights Law)

  • Count 5: Destruction of Evidence and Obstruction of Justice (18 U.S.C. §§ 1503, 1519)

V. RELIEF REQUESTED The complainant respectfully demands:

  1. Immediate federal investigation and seizure of records from Omarr Baker, the Estate, Amazon, Warner Brothers, and Spotify.

  2. Injunction halting destruction or removal of complainant’s music.

  3. Criminal prosecution of all parties responsible.

  4. Restoration of complainant’s public identity and protection under U.S. and international law.
