Being 'spoiled' as an only child, to side hustles in uni, then working in banking risk management. Attempts to 'get rich quick' (including crypto/NFTs) didn't pay off for Bayu, but property did. He bought his 1st property later in life at 26years old ($260k in Griffith NSW), yet has grown his portfolio impressively to 9 properties in just 6 years. NSW, QLD, SA, WA, VIC.
