    We're finally at the last episode of the Evolve series -- Execution.

    Because no matter how grand your goals and ideas are, execution is where the rubber meets the road.

    There are three main takeaways I've learned in this phase:

    1. Creating something is hard. It takes time and it's going to take as long as it takes.
    2. You don't know what you don't know.
    3. You can't do it alone. As a founder, you have to learn to delegate and trust that people will deliver. 

    This has been an absolute adventure filled with highs and lows but the lows were so worth it for the highs.

    Because entrepreneurship is always going to be an adventure.

    In the previous episode of PMR Diaries, I was talking about an epiphany which led us to do a micro pivot and also led me to realize that what got me here, won’t get me there.

    The person that I am that got me to where I am now will not be the same person that is capable of getting me to the next level.

    Who I am now will no longer be enough.

    That means, I gotta EVOLVE.

    In this episode, we share our transformation as the Podcastmate A-team and as a startup company. How each and every team member plays a significant role in solidifying the brand.

    My goal is that as I share to you my journey, hopefully it gives you a better understanding of what goes on behind building a startup and that either feel encouraged and emboldened or that it’s probably not for you.

    Entrepreneurship. Sounds fancy and bold. The word definitely has a positive connotation.
    But do we really know what this means?
    What does it really take to lead a team and build your own business from the ground up?
    Who do you need to become so you can be the person capable of achieving great things?
    Why do we do what we do?
    Or more like, why am I doing this? What for? What am I trying to prove?
    So I contemplated these questions. I kept contemplating. Until I reach an epiphany.
