Banderas means flags, and the restaurant’s mission is just as bold — to bring a rotating menu of street foods and iconic dishes from across the Americas, all finished-to-order in their Brazilian hoodless oven. It’s a fresh and one-of-a-kind addition to Milwaukee’s dining scene.
