For over a year, he'd be hunted, entrapped and ultimately indicted on 19 counts including Federal money laundering and drug trafficking charges. But conspiracies and questions swirl. What truly caused a seemingly innocent husband and father to be placed dead center in the crosshairs of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, the FBI and even the IRS? In 2015, Brad Raucci is hired to write the screenplay, but as the film is set to begin production, it's abruptly shut down by unknown forces. 10 years later, he gets a tip there's a lot more to the story than he ever could've imagined.     January, 1990. Larry's older brother, Tommy, a man law enforcement had been fixated on for years, returns to Las Vegas. Within weeks, the state of Nevada abruptly suspends Larry's gaming license, costing him his job as a high-limit Baccarat dealer at The Riviera. Desperation and a chance reunion with a former business partner place Larry dead center in the crosshairs of an overzealous Vegas Metro detective. New suspicions reignite Brad's enthusiasm to get to the bottom of Larry's story, leading him to once again jump headfirst into what might be the most egregious example of police misconduct in the history of Las Vegas.
