He mastered the art of relaxation, healed from his serious illnesses, and began sharing his knowledge with others. He did so via the retreat centre he and his wife Gaia set up in Italy – The Hill That Breathes. He wrote the million-selling F**k It books. And he has devoted his life to helping others relax and let go. He spends a lot of his time supporting his group, The Relaxers each month, and loves seeing people benefitting from the habits, and learning how to ‘fly’ with relaxation.
