In this episode, I talk about the role of self-help and spiritual books during insomnia recovery. If you’ve ever found yourself feeling hopeful at the start of a book — only to end up confused or uneasy later on, you’re definitely not alone.
I’m sharing some of my personal reflections on this, along with a few things I learned that helped me relate to books and teachings in a way that felt less confusing.
