    CJ Beatty is known as “The Baseball & Softball Motivator,” having spent seven years playing professional baseball, then transitioning into a serial entrepreneur. He grew up in Winston-Salem, received a full athletic scholarship to North Carolina A&T State University, and was drafted in 2009 by the St. Louis Cardinals.

    CJ launched his entrepreneurial enterprise wearing the hats of a pro scout, motivational speaker, music artist, and author. He joins us at the table to share his journey and how he’s motivating young athletes and audiences all over the world.
