This is a very vulnerable episode, I talk about my journey through body-image struggles, OCD, my disordered eating, mindful eating and portion control and the lies of the enemy.

Satan is so crafty and will use anything and everything to get us trapped, confused, and consumed. Whenever we put our hope into anything other than the Lord. This only leads to destruction and in the end, death.

It will never be enough. God is our ONL hope for life here, peace, joy and contentment. All else will fail.

The enemy wants to deceive us and believe his lies, the power of our thoughts is one place he can do this and thats why today I wanted to dive deeper into Gods word and what He tells us in His truths.
