This is a very vulnerable episode, I talk about my journey through body-image struggles, OCD, my disordered eating, mindful eating and portion control and the lies of the enemy.
Satan is so crafty and will use anything and everything to get us trapped, confused, and consumed. Whenever we put our hope into anything other than the Lord. This only leads to destruction and in the end, death.
It will never be enough. God is our ONL hope for life here, peace, joy and contentment. All else will fail.
Starting Season 2 on the podcast, I'd like to focus more on topics that are relevant to society norms and what the scriptures tell us verses lies of the enemy,
