Josh Hammond was recently drafted in the first round of the Major League Baseball Player draft as the 28th overall pick. We had the chance to train Josh for the majority of his High School career and into his profressional career. Couldn't be more thrilled for Josh and what he's accomplished so far in his young career. Eric Cressey is the Director of Player Health and Performance for the New York Yankees, along with the owner and operator of Cressey Sports Performance, in Hudson, Mass. along with Jupiter, FL. He is one of the top professionals in the performance world and is a mentor of mine.
