Zack Mathis is the Director of Marketing at Evansville-based, locally-founded Azzip Pizza. He started on day three of the company’s first store opening on the West Side and worked his way up from hand-making pizzas on the front lines to helping shape the flavorful brand now known across the region. Today, Zack helps tell the story of the 13-store pizza company as it expands into new markets while supporting its founders and leaders behind the scenes, including launching Azzip’s first rewards program and helping grow its Pizza of the Month Club.

Tait Tenbarge is the founder and head chef of Blue Bird Hot Chicken, a southern Indiana food truck known for its original take on Nashville-style hot chicken. After starting out in restaurants as a teenager and later leading kitchens at Haub’s Steak House and R’z Cafe, Tait built Blue Bird from the ground up, transforming an old school bus into a state-of-the-art food truck with the help of family and friends.
