In today's episode, I've invited my Reiki master Magdalena Kuchcinska to talk about a super fascinating topic: past life regressions. Magdalena is a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Holistic Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Hypnotherapist, and works full time as a spiritual counselor from Malmö, Sweden.
In the episode, I share the story of my session with Magdalena where I was put under hypnosis to visit a past life, and where I discovered that I used to be a nurse in 1800's Russia.
