Okay, maybe it should be called Sparkling Wine, but Gruet is related to a champagne house in France. This New Mexico wine producer was a wonderful surprise.

There is only one state you cant ship wine to from Utah....and its Utah. However, the wine at IG Winery impressed, and the Shakespeare Festival was a great find.

Bookcliff Vineyards in Palisade, Colorado was a great find. I had tried wine in Palisade nearly 10 years earlier, boy has the wine improved since then.
