    Jan 6 2025

This conversation is a raw and casual episode with myself and a client who I recently started working with after a long road of navigating injury alongside an ADHD diagnosis. We discuss some of the difficulties whilst Lucy also gives her advice on what’s been helpful to her individually. As I say during the episode, this is not my expertise in any way and having this conversation also allowed me to learn and develop my own practice and how work with performers.
