• Ep 164: We Don't Have Time For Feelings
    Mar 10 2026
Feelings and emotions can be quite confusing. There are physiological and cognitive aspects that are often difficult to understand or be aware of. Additionally, we may carry a foundational belief that it is wrong to express feelings and emotions fully. Many of us with this belief will have formed it during childhood from a projection of our parents’ discomfort with their own feelings and emotions. Fortunately, we have a choice in redefining our relationship to them in a healthy and sustainable way. As essential as feelings and emotions are to being human, it is a great responsibility for us to explore them deeply. Coming face-to-face with self-discovery Giving myself permission to feel The difference between emotions and feelings Finding middle ground of being in emotions/feelings and control The foundational belief that there’s something wrong with feelings Noticing body sensations first Jealousy isn’t a real feeling Awareness and space to reflect on feelings Re-establish a belief that it’s ok to feel ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

    Mar 3 2026
O.F.G. means opportunities for growth. Every situation we experience presents a seemingly infinite number of growth opportunities towards becoming the highest version of ourselves. However, it is up to us to train our minds to identify the opportunities and to integrate our hearts in the process. In this series of episodes, Jeff and Tatsu illustrate their thought processes when triggered by people and events in their lives. My dad fell again Wanting to lead him to water and make him drink Experiencing deeper gratitude Reflecting on an opportunity to spend time with mom Reminder of things taken for granted ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 162: How Do You Define Unity And Harmony?
    Feb 24 2026
How important are unity and harmony to you? To what extent do you want them? Unity and harmony start within each of us, and the potential expands to a global scale. Without awareness and intentional practice towards creating unity within, our efforts to create it externally will be met with great frustration and suffering. This is observable with the current state of affairs locally, regionally, nationally, and globally. As we expand our awareness of unity and harmony outward from within, our definition of these must continue to broaden to include others’ perspectives. Forcing a rigid definition onto others doesn’t work. History has proven this many times over. But unity and harmony are choices. To each their own. Unity and harmony are choices You can be unified and not be in harmony at the same time Events tend to unify people Creating division while believing you're creating unity Creating unity and harmony within ourselves You have to constantly re-choose to do the inner work Having a sense of what’s not unified within myself Fear sells. Harmony doesn’t sell Confrontation is going to happen, but how do we handle that confrontation? Be the change you want to see and not be attached to the outcome ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 161: Thoughts On Vulnerability
    Feb 17 2026
Vulnerability has become a buzzword. Although vulnerability may still be uncomfortable for some people, others are “doing” vulnerability as a tactic rather than actually being vulnerable. Humans have an innate sense for identifying inauthenticity. Yet, the ego finds ways to justify masking agendas under the guise of vulnerability. How intentional are you about what to share, who to share it with, and when to share it? How often do you feel seen and heard after a vulnerable share? How do you feel when someone comes to you vulnerably? It’s critical to be sensitive to your emotional and cognitive tendencies. Being authentically vulnerable is powerful and a gateway to deepening trust within yourself and with others. People are doing vulnerability, but it’s not authentic Not being intentional with your shares Not everyone is able to receive what you have to share Laying the groundwork before a vulnerable share Knowing what you want from sharing Becoming more vulnerable in relationships Without vulnerability, there won’t be much trust Dancing with the ego Being on the receiving end of a vulnerable share ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 160: Heartache
    Feb 11 2026
We all experience heartache multiple times throughout our lives. However, we don’t always see and apply the valuable lessons from those experiences. Rather, heartache often distracts us with confusion about our identity post-loss. Who am I now that the relationship is over? Who am I after my loved one passed away? What do I regret? Change is inevitable, and therefore, so is heartache. But with this understanding, we have opportunities to address warning signs within ourselves and in relationships. Having the presence, clarity, awareness, and courage to do so helps us extract the valuable wisdom from our experiences, rather than avoid it until we are left dumbfounded by what happened. Awkwardness with heartache What can we learn from heartache? Attachment leads to heartache Realizing that you control your experience Applying lessons learned in one relationship to others Deeper heartache can lead to deeper joy Heartache with divorce The stereotypical midlife crisis Ignoring warning signs ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

    Jan 27 2026
We all have areas of our lives that are organized or unorganized. Some of this is intentional, and some is unintentional. Organization is about ownership, and organization looks different for each of us. It is important to be aware of where we need and want more organization because clutter in one area of our lives may impact other areas. More importantly, awareness of how we show up when organizing is key. • Ep 157: What's Your Definition Of Wealth?
    Jan 20 2026
How do you define wealth? If you imagined that wealth looked like a pie chart, how would your chart look? What categories are included? What percentage of the pie does each category occupy? What is the relationship between your wealth pie chart and personal growth? The traditional definition of wealth as a measure of material possession is outdated, limited, and unsustainable. A broader, holistic perspective of wealth is critical to long-term fulfillment and peace of mind. Peace of mind as a part of wealth Wealth mindset Balancing your wealth pie chart is tricky The wealth trap Fear is the cheapest fuel to get us in motion Clarity around dynamic changes in your wealth pie Prioritizing personal growth ensures sustainable growth of your wealth pie ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi
