2/25/26 ladies & Gentlemen this was an absolute blast of a podcast, where both coaches chose their teams in the first of what we hope to be an annual intramural Bloodline CrossFit Open. This was meant to be fun, unique and a new way to enjoy the Open (potentially). 12/3/2025 - The main purpose of this podcast was to get everyone locked in for the completion of 2025 and into the New Year!! There are numerous ways to handle the holidays and many people tell themselves that they will "start strong" at the beginning of the New Year. We don't believe in that mindset, and we honestly worry and are concerned for those who feel like they will be able to get right b ack into the swing of things "easily". Health and Fitness is something that should be maintained, and there was some tough talk today, but I hope you find it motivating.
