  • Earth Signs Hold Grudges
    Feb 20 2026

This week we somehow connect a potential MySpace comeback, a very serious debate about which earth sign you should fear most when they are scorned, our favorite aggressively immature movie and TV characters, and the deeply questionable things we did as children.

We discuss whether we are emotionally prepared for Top 8 politics to return, rank the earth signs based on who we would least like to cross when they are upset, and celebrate the fictional icons we love specifically because they are chaotic, petty, and proudly childish.

Naturally, this turns into us exposing ourselves. Including why Rennie once thought it was a good idea to repeatedly beat herself with a bag full of Harry Potter books like that was a normal after school hobby.

It is nostalgic. It is slightly unhinged. It somehow becomes self reflective against our will.

  • Only on Tiw's Day
    Feb 13 2026

This episode starts exactly how it sounds. Another grab bag of totally random words that somehow turns into stories, mild oversharing, accidental therapy, and a lot of laughing at ourselves. It’s light, it’s weird, it gets a little personal in that oops didn’t mean to say that out loud way. If you like unhinged conversations that feel like sitting at the table with sisters who cannot stay on topic, this one’s for you. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Substack, and Instagram so you don’t miss the next word pull spiral.

  • The Start of A New Era!
    Feb 6 2026

Welcome to the very first episode of Blabba Gabba, aka the beginning of absolute chaos. In this debut episode, we introduce the 15 minute random word rule and immediately prove we have zero control over where the conversation goes. Somehow, in one episode, we end up talking about Gypsy Rose, the reality of Vietnamese nail salon workers being given Americanized names and what would happen if that logic applied to doctors, Ben Franklin keeping human remains in his walls, and so much more unhinged nonsense that only makes sense in the moment. There is no structure, no planning, and no clear direction, just two sisters, a random word generator, and the start of a brand new era. Welcome to Blabba Gabba. Buckle up.

  • S3 EP5 The End of the World
    Jan 29 2026

What does the “end of the world” really mean — and why has humanity been obsessed with it for thousands of years? In this episode, we dive into how different eras imagined the apocalypse, from ancient prophecies and the 1000-year panic to modern fears of climate collapse and cosmic disasters.

We explore the five major mass extinction events that reshaped life on Earth, including the moments when the oceans turned acidic, the skies darkened for years, and entire species vanished almost overnight. Through science, history, and storytelling, we break down what actually happened, what scientists believe could happen again, and how close we may or may not be to another global reset.

But this conversation isn’t just about destruction. It’s about survival, perspective, and the strange comfort found in knowing the world has ended before — and life still found a way back. From asteroid impacts to human anxiety, we unpack why these stories continue to haunt us, fascinate us, and reflect our deepest fears about loss, control, and change.

  • S3 EP4 If He Wanted To, Would He?
    Jan 22 2026

In this episode, we’re diving into the idea of “if he could, he would” and what that phrase actually means in real life. We talk about effort, consistency, mixed signals, and why confusion is usually an answer on its own. We break down how actions speak louder than words, why excuses don’t equal growth, and how easy it is to get stuck believing in someone’s potential instead of their behavior. This episode is all about self respect, recognizing patterns, and choosing clarity over wishful thinking.

Quick disclaimer: the audio quality in this episode isn’t the best due to some technical issues. It will be fixed soon. Thank you for sticking with us and showing grace as we work through it. 💛

  • S3 EP3 Speaking Truth To Self
    Jan 15 2026

In this episode, we have an honest conversation about trusting yourself, especially when being honest is uncomfortable. Renn and Rue talk about what it looks like to actually check in with yourself instead of brushing things off, avoiding hard truths, or convincing yourself you’re fine when you’re not.

The tone stays light and easy, with a few natural side tangents and moments of humor, but the heart of the conversation is about self-awareness and self-trust. We explore how being honest with yourself can help you make better decisions, set healthier boundaries, and recognize how much you’ve already survived. Psychologists often point to self-efficacy and emotional awareness as key factors in resilience and stress management—something many of us practice without realizing it.

We also reflect on how easy it is to downplay our own experiences, and how giving yourself credit doesn’t mean everything was handled perfectly. It just means you showed up and kept going. Trusting yourself isn’t about confidence all the time; sometimes it’s about admitting when something is hard and choosing to face it anyway.

  • S3 EP2 Movies, Therapy, & Accidental Theology
    Jan 10 2026

This week on Bish Dish, we try to start by psychoanalyzing movie characters… and somehow end up unpacking religion (as one does). From Christianity to witchcraft, prayer to manifestation, and self-help to spiritual confusion, this episode takes a few very intentional detours. It’s thoughtful, a little unhinged, surprisingly deep, and exactly the kind of conversation where nothing is off-limits and everything connects eventually. If you love big questions, soft beliefs, messy curiosity, and letting your brain wander where it wants, this one’s for you. Come sit with us! <3

  • S3 EP1 Return Of The Bishes
    Jan 1 2026

RISE AND GRIND BISHES SEASON 3 IS HERE.

After an extended break to rest reset and recollect our damn selves we are FINALLY back on the mic and kicking off the new year the only way we know how chaotic honest healing and fun as hell.

This episode is FUN. Point blank. Period.

We start by unpacking the sunk cost fallacy aka why we stay in situations way longer than we should just because we have already put so much into it. Think finishing a bad movie because you are already an hour in or staying with a walking red flag because you have invested time. Yeah. That. And once we clock that behavior it threads through the rest of the episode real nicely.

From there we sail straight into the most dramatic breakup Rue has ever had hi editing Rue here still healing send hot men and yes it is forever fuck my ex. We psychoanalyze toxic traits patterns and why our brains love familiarity even when it is trash.

Then we get a little deeper and talk overthinking emotional awareness and how shifting from I am anxious to I feel anxious can completely change how you experience emotions and bring you closer to actual inner peace instead of spiraling into self judgment.

We also chat about the underrated joy of spending time with yourself learning how to sit in your own presence without distractions and how empowering it feels to realize you do not need anyone to feel fulfilled you just want them.

There is laughter there is healing there is growth there is a little mess and there is a whole lot of love. More topics pop up along the way because obviously.

Mostly this episode is us saying thank you. Thank you for sticking around for giving us space to come back when we were ready and for being the best bishes on the internet. We are so happy to be back and Season 3 is just getting started. 💖✨
