  • Press Record Anyway
    Jun 4 2025

    Opening Quote:

Your voice doesn’t need to echo off stadium walls to matter.

Sometimes it just needs to reach the one who needed it today.”

    Debra Fodor

    💬 Deb’s 2 Cents:

    (I had to learn this)

Impact isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet, raw, and real—spoken from the heart, landing in the soul of someone barely holding on. Don’t measure your worth by how many hear you. Measure it by the truth you share and the courage it took to speak.

If your words reached one person today, that’s more than enough.

    That’s everything.

(And I truly had to learn this. Be humbled by it. Lean on it. And let go of the negative, noisy voice.)

"'Press record anyway' is a powerful reminder to take action despite doubts or fears. It's an encouragement to create, share, and express ourselves authentically, even when uncertainty looms. By pressing record, we give ourselves permission to take risks, learn from mistakes, and potentially connect with others on a deeper level. This mindset can be liberating, helping us to silence our inner critics and tap into our creative potential."

Thank you for being here today with me my this journey of self-empowerment, ladies you are not

  • Mental Health: The Shame of not Copying Well
    May 28 2025

Hey it’s Deb, welcome to, “Be Your Empowered Self “

    Here’s the theme , “ I’m not OK-but I feel guilty about it”

Does this feel familiar? Does it resonate with you well in this episode we will be talking about why is this a lie and how can we build self empowerment to overcome these feelings?

    Quote:- Carl Jung/Swiss psychiatrist

“ I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become”

This is profound. It’s about not being defined by collapsed mistakes or mental health challenge. . It fits beautifully with a shame of not coping well because shame tells us we are our struggle.. so this quote counters that with quiet power.

In this final episode of our Mental Health Awareness Month series, we’re naming something most people are afraid to say out loud: “I’m not okay—but I feel guilty about it.” This episode pulls back the curtain on the shame so many women feel when they’re quietly crumbling inside, yet still expected to hold it all together. We’re talking about burnout, emotional exhaustion, and the invisible mental load—the kind that doesn’t show up on paper but weighs heavy on your spirit.

So listen and find out more why quiet power they need to be your own advocate is so important.
