• Self Love, FTW!!
    Jan 20 2026

Hey Boo! Thanks for coming back for Season 2! In this episode, I talk about why it's so important for us to move beyond traditional self-help frameworks and instead, tap into the deep well of our own ancestral wisdom and personal stories.

I introduce the idea of "greasy gravy" as my metaphor for all the rich, messy, and nuanced experiences that truly shape how we understand our culture and ourselves.

I invite you to practice radical self-leadership, extend compassion to yourselves, and get fiercely curious about your own narratives. We also tackle those heavy societal pressures that so often leave us feeling like we're not enough.

I believe that by fostering a deeper, kinder connection with ourselves and each other, healing is possible. Magic is real. Love is the answer. Beyond that it's all connected and absolutely essential for our collective growth and liberation.

I'm so glad you're here to explore this with me.

  • When the World Stops: A Lesson in Presence, Family & Radical Gratitude, ep. 19
    Sep 14 2025

After a summer break away from the mic, I’m back with an episode that comes straight from the heart. My father’s health crisis pulled me into a vortex of hospital rooms, difficult decisions, and the complex beauty of family dynamics. But it also became a masterclass in presence, a reclaiming of my personal power, and a profound reminder of the magic that shows up when community holds you.

This isn't a story about having all the answers. It’s a raw and real reflection on what it means to heal ourselves and our loved ones when life demands our entire presence. We talk about navigating the noise of social media in a crisis, the transformation that comes from stillness, and how to find gratitude even on the hardest days.

If you’ve ever had to be the strong one, felt lost in the whirlwind of a family emergency, or are simply seeking a deeper connection to your own capacity for healing, this conversation is for you.

Hey Boo! Back like I never left for 6 weeks! It was an unplanned hiatus that I desperately needed to fill my cup so that I can continue to serve from my overflow, ya know? This week, we're discussing authenticity and showing tf up ESPECIALLY when clowns are sucking all of the air out of the room. The world needs your counter narratives! Where my fellow yappers at?

For real though, I'm talking about how podcasting is not a get rich quick hustle, rather a modern form of human connection and thought sharing. When you look at it that way, being viral and sponsored isn't the only currency to be gained by pressing record.
