This is a general overview of a few things: belief, self-awareness, presence, intention.
We create our reality based on our beliefs, emotions, intentions, and actions
Power of belief - whatever you choose to believe, make sure it’s something that is helpful for you and your life
Why do we choose things that are bad for us?
At the root is self-hatred and shame.
Believing we don’t deserve to be happy
Afraid to be happy
Fear of the unknown
Not believing it’s possible to be happy
Self-awareness of:
Conscious mind
Subconscious
Body
Presence
Where healing happens
Getting in touch with source energy
Allowing source energy to heal you
Building presence, practicing presence, being present with yourself
As you begin to practice being present, things like anxiety, etc. will come to the surface, whatever you’ve been avoiding comes to the surface, be present with these things. Letting yourself feel all those things you’ve been avoiding, and letting them go, giving them to source
As you practice presence, practice just noticing things within you, try not to judge yourself. It’s a process, be patient with yourself.
Intention
Intention - focusing your will, all of you, with your entire being, heart, mind, spirit.
Starts in the conscious mind, be consistent, keep focusing, overtime the more you focus your conscious mind, your intentions will spread to more of your being.
Conscious mind and subconscious are often battling against each other with opposing desires and beliefs.
As you heal and grow and integrate, you will start to feel your will, desiring things with your whole being.
You are love
You are a piece of source
You can never be separate from source, that is just an illusion
You are love at the core of your being, and you can get in touch with that
No matter what you’ve been through, it is possible to heal
We can choose to let ourselves be loved and to let ourselves heal
You are loved, completely
Source’s love is unconditional
We are creators, we create our reality
I share a few tools you can try and general advice:
Notice when you feel good, when your mind or body relaxes, start making a list of all of these things: this exercise helps you build awareness of your conscious mind and your body
Notice glimmers, those moments of happiness and joy: this starts to train your mind to look for positive things, which also helps you grow
Guided meditations, especially guided relaxations. These help train your body to relax, and builds awareness of your body.
Move your body, stretch, drink water!
At the end I share an inner child guided meditation with some guided relaxation. Do not listen to the guided meditation while driving or while doing anything that requires an alert mind and body.
