Hello Friends,

One of the most important lessons for me in my healing journey was Emotional Intelligence. What is it? How do we get it?
It took a few years for me to fully understand Emotional Intelligence and then another few years to be honest with myself about where I was and what I was struggling with.
Emotional intelligence is not a box you check off either yes or no. There are too many factors involved for it to be so simple.

Hello Friends,

I have done a show on friendship before, with a co-host. This episode is on how I use a Wheel shape to gage the friendships in my life. The more the wheel looks like an astrick the closer the friend will be. Any friendship wheel that looks like a wheel, may not be a person you keep close to you.

*All relationships are give and take and need balance to ensure success.

Your friendships are a part of your community and keep you connected and learning. Not all friends will have all spokes rated at a 10. Your spokes could be all different lengths. The variety of friends you have will create the spice in your life. Friendships wheels will change with time...assess as needed.
