• Divorce Mediation and Financial Planning with Joe Dillon, MBA
    Oct 3 2025

Joe Dillon. Joe draws from over 17 years as a divorce mediator and financial expert, plus his own childhood experience with divorce, to help couples turn painful transition into an opportunity for growth, especially when kids are involved.

Joe has trained mediators through both the New Jersey Association for Professional Mediators and Northwestern University’s 40-hour divorce mediation courses. He’s also judged major student mediation tournaments, giving him a birds-eye view of what truly works in negotiation and family dynamics, and was recently named commencement speaker for California State University, San Marcos.

Joe shares practical ways families can prioritize children’s needs during separation, or common financial mistakes couples often make (many don’t realize that three out of four core divorce issues tie directly to money). He’d also demystify how online mediation is not just about convenience, but creating a less adversarial path for families, something he’s championed since 2011.

Joe’s mix of personal understanding, practical expertise, and a forward-looking perspective could offer balanced guidance that’s both reassuring and actionable.

  • Love and Religion: Love and the Regulative, Relative Power of YHVH
    Oct 2 2025

    Chapter Six: Love

(36)“ Teacher ,which is the great commandment in the Law?” (37) And he said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. (38) This is the greatest commandment. (39) And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. (40) On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”

    Matthew 22:36-40 ESV

When asked what was the greatest of all the Laws that God gave man to live by, Jesus told them this is the command, that we shall love God with everything that is within us, and we are to love each other as we love ourselves. Jesus did not give us a set of commands that were complicated and difficult to understand and follow. He gave us something very simple to do. You and I can practice this everyday of our lives, and we never have to concern ourselves with the thought of, “what if we somehow run out of love”? There is an endless supply of it in all of us. All we need to do is look in our hearts.
