The author shares her journey and lessons learned in the work field. Most of the tactics and techniques are practical, but some may only work in an office workspace. I specifically like the chapter on purpose and teamwork because the "why" can often get a little fuzzy and Dr. Patrick offers excellent strategies to cope with this issue.
It is a book I will have to re-read and go over again and again to retain all the information.
