The story is good but the voice of the teller is very mechanical and sounds robotic and metallic. Shame.

Das Buch lässt mich auch nicht mehr los, nachdem ich es beendet habe. Spannend, aber auch mit psychologischem Tiefgang. Das lässt keine Mutter kalt,

Kevin is born a psychopath and not even as her family is slaughtered, does Eva want to see that her son is born without any empathy and thus just incapable of any human emotion...Her husband was also quite vicious towards her in his delusional view regarding his son being "normal"...But ultimately she should've gone to the therapist with him and insisted that Kevin has always displayed abnormal behaviour toward her...The ending her waiting for his release wanting to house him is really beyond the pale!!!
