The narrator spoiled it all. I know the book since 40 years and have read it in German and French. Now, after all these years I wanted to have the audiobook narration in English, but this was a bad decision.

What a lame, bloodless, liveless narration. A shame to the memory of Selma Lagerlöf and the great adventures of Nils Holgersson.

Wonderful read. Bloodless and lame narrator.
