He also does a great job at showing of some possible solutions for the upcoming question of what to do when machines simply do our jobs better. In many ways he predicts very plausible ways that this whole scenario will play out in politics and he already points out the false or non-optimal solutions they'll probably come up with.
A loss of jobs is not necessarily a bad thing, if you manage to distribute your human skills and goals to more social area. All governments need to enable this shift as soon as possible.
