The descriptions of the exercises are superficial and lack depth. I kept encountering advertisements and various stories on the subject, leading to excessive repetition. I don't believe an entire book is necessary for this topic, and if it is, I would expect deeper and more detailed insights rather than just surface-level enthusiasm for mind control. In conclusion, I wouldn't really recommend this book.

The insights into mind control are indeed interesting, but that's about it.
