Nette kleine romantische Detektiv-Auszeit garantiert. Super zum Mal hier Mal da Hören, ohne dass man viel verpasst. Typischer Amanda Quick, unkonventionelle Damen und Herren im viktorianischen Zeitalter auf der Spur von fiesen reichen, die sie entlarven und sicherstellen, dass sie ihre gerechte Strafe bekommen. ***Szenen bekannt gut. Sprecherin hat tolle Intonation und spannende Stimmen auf Lager, aber warum der Held gesprochen wird, wie ein passiv aggressiver unemotionaler Roboter 🤖 erschließt sich mir nicht... Ein Adeliger, moderner und weltoffener aber desillusionierter und leicht sardonischer Held ist typisch für Amanda Quick, aber sie sind NIE unemotional, egal wie britisch man ihn klingen lassen will, ganz schlimme Entscheidung. Winced inwardly at every line...ughhh way to kill a story... Whoever decided on that voice needs a vacation. Now.
