I already knew much of the principals taught in this book, but it is always good to have a different point of view to get a more holistic and profound understanding of it.

Besides that, a lot of the content I knew about came from many different sources. I had to collect it piece by piece. In this book it is all at one place and put into a very efficient system.

In my opinion the program is very good work and a clear benefit for someone who is serious about self and group development.
