It takes the MC ( or the author ) 1.5 books to get to the main task and then the book suddenly ends. Without any character development/ learning from the MC previous experience. It’s like he himself is a naive puppet. In the end it is the oldest story, a guy doesn’t notices he is being used / played by a woman (again).
