Über diesen Titel

This is an honest and real look into one man’s journey with Jesus. It takes you through Sam’s unique, extraordinary life, which is relatable in many ways.

Sam grew up in a loving, chaotic, cult-attending, sheltered family. He explains how his core values and beliefs were shaped by his family and the events that take place around him. Then, you discover how they come to be tested and broken down after several life-changing moments. Obstacles such as depression, fear, pride, and greed attempt to keep him from truly knowing Jesus, and it wasn’t until he hit rock bottom that he was forced to look to God for help. Even after finding God, he faces the challenges that come with being a new believer.

His faith is tested with fire, and after being blinded both spiritually and physically, God removes him from what could’ve been the end. From his childhood to teenage years to adulthood, his perspective of what a life with Jesus looks like is transformed; becoming a husband and father are two huge factors through which God completely changes his point of view.

As he puts into practice, he puts forth this simple request: Read your bible and pray every day. The desires of the flesh start fading away. His powerful testimony is an example to learn from as he challenges you to ask yourself: Do I have a real and meaningful relationship with Jesus, and if so, is he my number one priority?
