Katie Price is baffled when a man claiming to be her grandfather leaves her his entire estate in the Scottish Highlands. As Katie begins to unearth the clues to Isobel’s fate, she embarks on a romantic journey of her own and finds a new life she never expected.

Für mich war dieses Buch enttäuschend. Durchsichtig und hat wirklich nichts mit einem Triller gemein. Schade. "ich war ein bisschen nervös in einem fremden Land Auto zu fahren..." Hallo... nervös auf der linken Straßenseite zu fahren wohl eher. Irena Shapiro hat sonst sehr wohl durchdachte Geschichten und Authenzitäten in der Aera. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

but the narrator was either very inexperienced it very bad. she read to fast, made a mockery out of the Scottish brogue and even mispronounced names etc.
sadly I couldn't enjoy the story that could have been enjoyable

The narrator wasn't good at doing Scottish accents. Otherwise she was pleasant to listen to.
