The author is not only knowledgeable knowledgeable and experienced as a parent herself, but opens up totally new perspectives on how to raise children that become adults we truly enjoy to be around, responsible, emotionally intelligent, fully alive.

It gives hands-on advice and what to do when a child throws a tantrum, how to manage conflicts and don't loose yourself in the role as parent and so much more. check the index.

For me it's a must read or must listen if you are a parent or about to become one. It lives up to its title.

Die Vorleserin liest für meinen Geschmack zu langsam, weshalb ich zum ersten Mal nach dutzenden Hörbüchern die Werdergabe auf 1,5-fache Geschwindigkeit gestellt habe. Dann fand ich das Buch besser zu verstehen.
