I don't think it is a really disturbing book, like it is often described on YouTube. Some parts are bit disgusting but it is to be expected. I enjoy the type of Horror. Narrator has a very nice voice and is absolutely pleasant listening to. Story is surprisingly good and part two is already purchased. I can recommend the book to everyone who enjoys Horror and gore.
If you don't...well listen to something else.
