I believe this book can be an eye-opener for people with no basic psychology insights yet. But it has to be considered with care to not stigmatize people and it should be kept in mind that the facts pointed out in the book always need to be considered in the context of the full life sircumstances of a person and their actual reactions. I miss the emphasis that birth order is only one of many pieces in the process of helping one get insight and understanding of the people in one's life and that this process is never finished.
