Great takeaways but low quality audio, too hectic

I really love the ideas of the book, it’s very inspiring to overthink your way of living..
but I listened to it on 0,8x speed because the author reads incredibly fast and I was also a bit disappointed by the quality of the audio.

Still very much worth listening to :)
