When a down-on-his-luck engineer ends up coming into possession of a rundown suit of power-armor, he sees an opportunity to make some quick cash by selling it off to the nearest supervillain.

Tolle Story, toller Sprecher, leider bisher keine Fortsetzung. Keine unnötigen Längen, um mehr Wörter zu verkaufen. Ein bisschen schwarzer Humor, spannende Charaktere und der ganz normale wunderbare Wahnsinn. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nice, fresh story that is funny at times. And protagonists, that do not act stupidl or over the top, even if the setting is basically a world full of comic book villans (and some heroes in the distance).

Good world building. I found the MC and other protagonists to be relatable. The speaker does a good job. I wonder why the second volume is not available in this format.

A solid and entertaining "villain" story

It's entertaining, the kind of book you can read/hear without using your brain. The main characters' personality is too overused. Maybe this is too personal but I'm tired of super sarcastic self-perceived geniuses that think they are witty but they are not. But I'm sure plenty of people still like it. If you don't mind that, are just looking to disconnect, it's a good book.

The story is refreshing, the tropes and chlichés are not overused.
Voiceactor does a good job differentiating the multiple characters and is easy to listen to and follow.
Hoping the second volume get's the same treatment.

Its like you ARE the caracter... The Voice Actor is really really good! The book is like a Mix of the Present and the Past... I think like the City is mostly Industry. My Brain is thinking that in the Backround there are some gaint Chimneys.
