The story picks up the lives of the two protagonists again a few months after the previous book. The characters are still coming to terms with the trauma. Drew and Harriet have their points of disagreement but seems to be warming to one another and a few new baddies come in to mix things up.
It's a thoroughly intense instalment in the ongoing saga.

I felt that this instalment is less gripping than the previous 2, but still a very good read. Psychologically really interesting and a good cliffhanger, looking forward to the next book in the series.
