I like the town and it's people and I was very glad the author had already written four books. The story was pretty straightforward and it did not matter that I figured it out very early on.

Overall ridiculous, flat, mostly stupid and stereotypical characters and a storyline that gets less and less plausible. The new sheriff seems utterly ignorant of police procedures and even logical thinking. Just listened to the end to find out how the story ended - the culprit being obvious halfway through. Won‘t try another volume - just way too amateurish.
