I think not only is this book not up to date. I consider it harmful: how is eating tuna and snacking a lot of fruit any (yay blood sugar ups and downs) good for liver health? For people whose diet consists only of fast food this might be an upgrade but for normal weight people with liver problems there‘s no real benefit here. I much rather recommend the book „deep nutrition“ for real health
