Honestly the FMC's voice threw me off a lot at the beginning but then I got used to it. in the first book it suits the "infantilization" of the FMC but it was annoying honestly

Good story

Das Set lohnt sich so sehr! Ich kann die Reihe jedem Empfehlen! 🧡 Mit jemand Band wird es besser.

Perfekt

I thought the twist of characters was very cheap, zero foreshadowing, it just felt like the author started making stuff up. I felt like the protagonists character arc just happened within a chapter, just because the author realized that’s one of those things that’s supposed to happen.
I liked the voice actor and how the “deleted” sentences evolved (from the annoying repeating sound at the start, to taking creative liberties with the timing).
The switch up of the two love interests felt purely for the sake of a twist.
All in all, I suppose these books are simply not my cup of tea. I kept listening for some reason, perhaps the hope that the book will evolve at some point.
The prose and general technique of writing is pleasant most of the time, and there are some interesting ideas here. But I could not lose myself in the book at all. I hated these books, and don’t understand the good reviews. But I kept listening so I guess that’s on me.
Very confused. Feel like I can’t talk about this to anyone, because most people would stop. I’m glad lots of people like it, must’ve been a lot of work to write lmao.
Good riddance.

Hated the writing but I couldn’t stop listening
